Bibbie my friend, you are as beautiful without feathers as you are with. Sure, its a loss to you, but my sweet friend, never for one minute think it detracts from your beauty. It dosent. YOU are PERFECT! xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
I am used to the loss of that feather now - but have to get used, once again, to a shorter beak. All this change?! a new beak length done dramatically in one snip every four to five weeks DOES take some getting used to! .. Bibbie
I am a cockatoo with beak and feather disease. But that isn't going to stop me enjoying myself.
A special mention...
I DO NOT enjoy visiting the doctor, although it serves as an excellent stage for my bloodcurdling screeches. But, they've helped me a lot - and a bird like me needs all the help they can get. So, thank you to everyone at Heathmont Animal Hospital. But I hope I don't see you soon.
